Ashley Cader

I grew up in Los Angeles County, surrounded by a close-knit family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, a foundation that deeply shaped my sense of creativity and community. After earning a BA in Child Development, I spent over two decades as a teacher and Montessori director. Those years taught me the beauty of presence, patience, and a deep appreciation for the innocence and wonder of childhood. Becoming a mother to two amazing children has continued that journey, teaching me not only patience, but also the everyday joys and surprises of life.

 

When I’m not working at MWM or in wife and mommy mode,  you can usually find me behind the lens of a camera. Photography has always been my passion, a way to pause, observe, and celebrate the world through light and emotion. I also have a deep love for travel and look forward to sharing the richness of different cultures with my children as they grow.

 

I feel honored to work alongside such inspiring advisors at MWM and to meet the incredible clients we serve. Every day brings an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to something meaningful, both individually and as part of a dedicated team.
